Al Fardous Commercial  Tower

Design and preparation of tender documents and supervision of  “Al Fardous Commercial  Tower. One of the latest projects for the Foundation’s management of investment projects and development funds for orphans, featured the project site in the Ersal street, qualitatively of this street led to the production of this change in the exterior design. The tower is 14 floors spread over more than one use, the lower floors is a parking and warehouses, the ground floor to the third is a huge mall with all its requirements and spaces, the upper floors is an office of varying sizes. The other two roles phrase for a large restaurant.
